Give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, in order to avoid a charge.
Failure to attend appointments or failure to give at least 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge.
Charges could be 50% of cost of treatment missed.

Dental Membership Plans
To keep you fully informed of our policies please note the following:
- Please be aware that for new patients the initial consultation fee from £65.00 still applies before you sign up online.
- There is a once only £8 administration joining fee which will be taken at your first monthly collection
- Your monthly payments will be taken on or around the 1st of each month by our administrators Patient Plan Direct and Dental Practice will appear on your bank statement
- Your benefits will commence following your first monthly payment
- If your Direct Debit payments fail twice consecutively we may cancel your membership
- Patients are responsible for making and attending appointments provided by the plan
- Entitlements not used in any given period may not be carried forward or refunded
- Your membership is continuous and does not require renewing each year
- Should you fail to attend an appointment provided within the terms of your plan, a fee may be chargeable at your next appointment
- In the unlikely event of you cancelling your plan you may be required to pay for your last appointment and we reserve the right to recover any discounts applied to treatment completed in the previous six-month period.
There are great reasons to become a member:
- Spread the cost of your examinations and hygiene with convenient monthly Direct Debit payments so you don’t pay at every visit
- Regular attendance helps to achieve and maintain good oral health which can help prevent dental problems occurring
- 10% reduction in cost of a range of general dentistry (not including whitening, short term teeth straightening, implants, orthodontics or facial aesthetics)
- 10% reduction in cost of x rays
- You don’t have to be dentally fit to join our plans.
